MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES
This MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) has been established electronically between Aniva Giyim Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”) on the one hand, and the real person or legal entity (“Member”) who is a member of the website www.anivawear.com (“Site”) on the other hand, and has entered into force within the framework of the provisions set out below.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

 

• Service : Refers to product promotion and sales offered through the www.anivawear.com website.
• Personal Data : Any information relating to a specific or identifiable natural person as defined in accordance with KVKK.
• Member Information : It refers to all personal data, information, photographs, videos, ideas, expressions, comments, scores, correspondence and other content uploaded and provided during registration to the Website or while using the Website.
• Membership Form : This is the registration form that the Member fills out when registering to the site.

 

3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Agreement is to benefit from the services offered through the Site and to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties.

 

4. CREATING MEMBERSHIP AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Members acknowledge that the information they provide when registering with the site is accurate and that they are responsible for any damages arising from inaccurate or incomplete information. Member information must be accurate and up-to-date for delivery and communication.

 

5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Aniva may process personal data received from Members in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Information Notice. Members have rights under the Privacy Policy and may exercise these rights via info@anivawear.com.

 

6. COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
Members may receive informational, promotional, and marketing messages via email, SMS, etc., based on the consent they provide upon registration. If they do not wish to receive these messages, they may unsubscribe from the contact list at any time.

 

7. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

• The member is responsible for protecting his/her password and account.
• Cannot use accounts belonging to third parties.
• The responsibility for all activities occurring on the site belongs to the user.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
www.anivawear.com and all images, text, designs, and software belonging to the Aniva brand belong to Aniva Giyim Pazarlama İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. They cannot be used or reproduced without permission.

 

9. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
In disputes arising from this contract, Turkish law will apply and Istanbul (Central) Courts will have jurisdiction.

 

10. Entry into Force and Acceptance
By completing the registration process on the site, the Member declares their acceptance of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to update the content of this Agreement.
