• Products in stock are delivered to cargo within 1–3 business days.
• For products that are not in stock or are pre-ordered, shipping times may vary depending on the production and preparation process.

• Shipping is free for orders of 2500 TL and above.

• The responsibility belongs to the customer until the product reaches us.
• Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once the product reaches us, an e-mail will be sent confirming that the return has been received and the product control process will be initiated.
• Once the return is approved, your payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
